My Story
Hi there, WELCOME!
I'm Seeun, your Professional Coach.
I am so glad that you are here, because this means you are ready to embrace change and explore within yourself your untapped potential! I would love to support you in your life's journey, whether personal or professional, and to see you succeed and happy.

About a decade ago, I lost my job, relationship and apartment all in the same week. My life seemed to be telling me that something had to change. Of course, I felt disappointed to lose what I 'had', but I had no choice but to move on. I travelled to a new continent, I shifted my career direction and relocated. Then I realized that the life was giving me what was best for me at the moment.
Two years after that, I successfully quit my bad habits that were haunting me for years. I no longer smoked. I no longer drank till I felt uncomfortable. Instead of going out to party, I meditated. I became a 500h Certified Yoga Teacher, an advanced diver, and a Holistic Nutritinist.

Even though I am, and will forever be, a work-in-progress, I am very proud of the changes I've successfully implemented in my life. I can't wait to work with you, and support you in becoming your best, most authentic self!

Background
I have 10 years of work experience in advertising industry. I worked in giant corporations, as well as small start-ups. I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Last year during the lock-down, I went back to university to study Psychology to better able to understand and help people. I am currently enrolled in the Professional Goal-Centric Coaching Program at the John Molson School of Business. Learning and updating my knowledge will always be part of my personal and professional life.

I am also a 500h trained yoga teacher, a consistent meditator, and a holistic nutritionist. I like learning about all aspects of human life and behaviour. Mind-body connection is one of my biggest interests. I believe that nothing works in singularity, but rather, everything operates in connection with one another.

I have lived in 6 different countries across 3 continents. Working with different cultures, customs, languages, and people is facinating. Although I currently reside in Canada, I welcome clients from all over the world, from all sorts of work, ethnic, and religious backgrounds!

My Mission
I will support you through your personal development journey in a non-judgmental, non-directive manner, so that you feel empowered to achieve your aspirations and express your truest, most authentic self.

I wholeheartedly believe that people well-supported in their decision making and development are be able to cultivate the future that benefits everyone involved in the eco-system. People that have their cup full and over-flowing would be better equipped to lead the world to be a more wonderful place.
My mission, therefore, is to help people to not only help themselves, but also to empower them to do bring forth meaning greater than themselves. I want to empower you to leave positive footprints in this world.
My Approach
Influenced by Dr. Carl Rogers's 'person-centred approach', I engage with every client with the belief that they are their own best experts, and that they are naturally drawn to self-actualization. My role here is to create a safe space for exploration, and demonstrate positive regard for you to be empowered to achieve your goals, through goal-centric, structured conversations.

In an equal partnership we cultivate, I encourage you to freely choose topics and actions that you think are appropriate. My clients are considered the primary decision-makers, and the expert in the subject of the coaching sessions. As the expert in the process, I employ conversational frameworks and exercises that would best serve the needs of each client.

As a meditation and yoga practitioner, it is important for me to see my clients as a whole being, and not just the individual issues they bring into our conversations. With on-going personal development and awareness, I will always strive to be as welcoming, warm and trustworthy as I possibly can, in supporting your development.
