8 sessions of 1.5 hour each

First 3 sessions will be 1 week apart.

From the 3rd session, we will meet every 2 weeks.

About the Program

This is for:

Anyone who wants to learn how to meditate, and develop the habit of consistently doing it.

My relationship with meditation:

I have 10 years experience in meditation, and it had a profound impact in my life.

I trained as a Raja yoga teacher for 500+ hours over a period of 3 years, where we meditated for 75 minutes at a time towards the end of the training. Even when I teach or talk about yoga, for me it is much more about mindfulness through meditative practices rather than the physical poses.  

Since 2020, I have been offering an online yoga philosophy course to help people be the master of their lives (and more importantly, be the master of themselves).

I meditate daily, using different tools depending on the day.

My mission:

Meditation practices is one of my greatest passions, as well as one of the most important part of my daily routine, as it helps me so much to stay grounded, make the right decisions, stay in-tune with my intuition, heal, get inspired, and most importantly, be me.

I see so much benefit in meditating regularly, so my mission is to help anyone who is interested get to the point where they can meditate independently with ease, without feeling lost and without any support of a guide or an app.

Simply put, I want to make a good intro so that you become close friends with meditation.

Expected Result:

  • You will be able to meditate anywhere anytime, even without the guidance of an app.

  • You will know exactly what to do when you sit down to meditate (you will no longer be lost).

  • You will see/feel the benefits of meditating, and find a way to prioritize it and fit it into your schedule.

  • You will be able to use different techniques of meditation that suits your energy and mood.

  • You will be able to use pranayama that suits your energy and mood.
