I am a 500 Hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Professional Coach. With this course, I aim to help people gain control over themselves with tools such as energy control, habit change, meditation and yoga, so that their truth and meaning can be expressed through their good life, and create positive value in this world.

What is Self Mastery?
Just like any kind of mastery, self mastery means to have complete and comprehensive knowledge, and total control over the subject, which is yourself.
This Yoga Philosophy course is not designed to make you an acrobat. But it is designed to do much more. It's designed as the ultimate tool that you can learn to use to become the master of yourself.

Module 1 explains what REALLY constitutes Yoga. The physical part is only 15% of yoga. So what makes up the rest?
8 limbs of yoga explained.
We will explore the moral principles of yoga by diving deeper into Yamas and Niyamas, the first limbs of yoga.
Learn about your energy channels, Chakras, and how you can practice your asanas, or yoga poses, in the way that best stimulates and develops your Chakras.
And get ready to feel your energy movement through Kriyas.
This module is all about Pranayamas.
We will study Hatha Yoga Pradipika to understand pranayamas inside out, and practice it together with guidance.
In this module, we will study detachment and four techniques that you can apply in your daily life.
In this module, you will be introduced to the point of focus and how to find it, and the concept of Samyama: concentration, meditation, and contemplation.
Asanas cheat sheet so you can practice yoga poses correctly

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take me to finish this course?
> Go at your own pace. And please don't rush. Yoga is a process, and you will reap the most benefit of this course if you go slow, understand everything, take everything in and make it really yours by allowing some time to practice and/or apply in your daily life. It really depends on you and your own development so we prefer not to give a timeline, but to give you an idea - it should take about 6 months.
I have never done yoga before - can I still take this course?
> Absolutely! This course is designed for practitioners and non-practitioners of all levels and backgrounds.
If you are totally new to yoga, that is great because you will be properly introduced to yoga - not as a physical exercise, but as it was designed to help people in ancient times.
If you already know a lot about yoga, that's also great! And we'd ask you to do something extra - and it can be difficult - we ask you to forget about what you know for the duration of this course, and try to learn yoga as if it's your first time. Take a child's approach :) That will benefit your development emmensely!
