My Background

I have 10 years of work experience in advertising industry. I worked in giant corporations, as well as small start-ups. I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Last year during the lock-down, I went back to university to study Psychology to better able to understand and help people. I am a graduate of the Professional Goal-Centric Coaching Program at the John Molson School of Business. Learning and updating my knowledge will always be part of my personal and professional life.

I am also a 500h trained yoga teacher, and a holistic nutritionist. I meditate and I run. I like learning about all aspects of human life and behaviour. Mind-body connection is one of my biggest interests. I believe that nothing works in singularity, but rather, everything operates in connection with one another.

I have lived in 6 different countries across 3 continents. Working with different cultures, customs, languages, and people is fascinating. I welcome clients from all over the world, from all sorts of work, ethnic, and religious backgrounds!

My Mission

I will support you through your personal development journey in a non-judgmental, non-directive manner, so that you feel empowered to achieve your aspirations and express your truest, most authentic self.

I wholeheartedly believe that people well-supported in their decision making and development are be able to cultivate the future that benefits everyone involved in the eco-system.

People that have their cups full and over-flowing with joy would be better equipped to lead the world to be a more wonderful place.

People that have accepted their cups in all shapes and forms, and all of the content that fill them would be able to see their destiny, and live it wholeheartedly.

My mission, therefore, is to help people to not only help themselves, but also to empower them to bring forth meaning greater than themselves. I want to empower you to leave positive footprints in this world.

My Approach

Influenced by Dr. Carl Rogers's 'person-centred approach', I engage with every client with the belief that they are their own best experts, and that they are naturally drawn to self-actualization. My role here is to create a safe space for exploration, and demonstrate positive regard for you to be empowered to achieve your goals, through goal-centric, structured conversations.

In an equal partnership we cultivate, I encourage you to freely choose topics and actions that you think are appropriate. My clients are considered the primary decision-makers, and the expert in the subject of the coaching sessions. As the expert in the process, I employ conversational frameworks and exercises that would best serve the needs of each client.

As a meditation and yoga practitioner, it is important for me to see my clients as a whole being, and not just the individual issues they bring into our conversations. With on-going personal development and awareness, I will always strive to be as welcoming, warm and trustworthy as I possibly can, in supporting your development.

I follow the ICF Code of Ethics.

But that is not the purpose of a boat"

Coaching

What Coaching is, and is not...

What Coaching Is

  • Structured conversations to help you achieve your goals.

  • Non-directive professional relationship.

  • Shared responsibility between the two parties: the client as the expert in the subject & the coach as the expert in the process.

  • A thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.

  • A process of unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

  • Intentionally pursuing a particular outcome or a state of being

What It is NOT

  • Casual conversations never moving toward to achieve your goals.

  • Aimless exploration of ideas and possibilities without an end goal or vision for success.

  • Mentoring: providing expert knowledge and practical guidance based on coach's experience.

  • Consulting: giving advice or proposing solutions.

  • Therapy: dwelling on the past to discover the root causes of a person's dysfunctions. Although it can be therapeutic to have a supportive coach who listens empathically, it is not therapy. This means, rather than focusing on the past, we will focus on the future and action plans to realize desired outcome!

Is Coaching for YOU?

Coaching is for you if you...

  • are ready to take ownership of your decisions, goals, following through and the results.

  • are motivated to change and are ready to put in the work.

  • want to be empowered to maximize your potential, growth and development.

  • want to work on yourself no matter how others show up.

Coaching is not for you if you...

  • are looking for someone to tell you what to do or make decisions for you.

  • are not interested in putting in the work to get desired outcomes, nor are you interested in improving performance.

  • want mentorship from an expert of a field.

  • want to focus on how others should change.

So how does it work?

  • Book a 30 min complementary intro conversation session. In this session we will get to know each other and your coaching needs. We will also discuss some 'house-keeping' elements, such as our meeting schedule, cost, and other agreements. Bring any questions you want answered to this session!

  • Thereafter, depending on the program/package you have chosen, we will define our session goals and objectives, and explore options for actions to tackle the topic at hand, with proven coaching processes.

  • For open-topic coaching sessions, it will be most effective if you have ideas for what topics to tackle during our sessions together. This would give more room for more creativity and inspiration.

  • We will together design action plans and agree on the measurements for results for your development.
